- Tracking numbers are sent by email 3โ7 business days after your order โ not immediately
- Allow 24โ72 hours after receiving tracking number for carrier to scan and update
- International orders may show gaps in updates while moving between countries โ this is normal
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but not received โ check with neighbours and your local post office first
- During peak seasons (NovโJan) tracking updates may be slower than usual

When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order is dispatched โ usually 3โ7 business days after ordering. Check your spam folder if not received. You can also log in to My Account to check your order status.
Tracking shows no movement โ is my order lost?
This is normal for the first 24โ72 hours. International orders can also go several days without updates while in transit between countries. If no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us.
My order says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.
Check around your property, with neighbours, and at your local post office. Packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early. If still not found within 48 hours, contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
My order is stuck at customs โ what should I do?
International orders sometimes require customs clearance which can take 3โ10 additional business days. Your local customs authority may contact you to pay import duties. These fees are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long does delivery take to my country?
USA: 5โ10 days | UK: 7โ12 days | Canada: 8โ14 days | Australia: 10โ18 days | Europe: 8โ14 days | Middle East & Asia: 10โ18 days. See our full Shipping Policy for all regions.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are generally not possible once an order is placed. Email us immediately at support@hellstars-store.com and we will try to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.
